摘　　要：介绍精准医学信息学的关键技术,包括组学数据标准化、数据采集、数据调用、自学习系统开发等方面;阐述精准医学信息学应用发展方向,包括疾病亚型分组技术、临床决策支持系统、电子病历升级换代等方面,以期推动我国精准医学信息学的发展。The paper introduces the key technologies of precision medicine informatics including omics data standardization, data collection, data transfer and development of self-learning system, and states the application and development direction of the precision medicine informatics including disease subtype grouping technology, clinical decision support system and upgrade of Electronic Medical Record（EMR）, in order to promote the development of precision medicine informatics in China.
