摘　　要：介绍非酒精性脂肪性肝病健康管理的重要性,阐明研究型门诊的构建理念、内容及其健康管理与信息化功能,从充分利用信息化技术、系统及远程监护等方面探讨非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者信息化健康管理模式。The paper introduces the significance of health management for Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease（ NAFLD）, states the building idea, contents and health management and informatization functions of study-type outpatient service, and discusses the informatization health management mode for the patients with NAFLD by taking full use of informatization technology, system and remote monitoring, etc.
