摘  要:永磁电机具有故障隔离和容错能力,采用五相永磁容错感应电机较传统三相电机具有诸多的优势。以容错性为目标,综合考虑整个电机控制系统,并分析了直接转矩控制的容错性,五相永磁同步电机每相都由一组独立H桥驱动,保证各相之间的电气隔离。为简化设计,采用控制步骤较简单的砰-砰直接转矩控制。利用MATLAB/simulink平台,对五相永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统在一相断路/短路情况下进行仿真,仿真结果转矩波形较稳定,电机正常运转。For the permanent magnet motor has the ability of fault isolation and fault tolerance, five-phase Fault Tolerant Permanent Magnet Machine (FTPMM) has many advantages over conventional three-phase motor. Aimed at fault-tolerance, the whole control system is designed comprehensively and the fault-tolerance of direct torque control system is also analyzed. Each winding of five-phase FTPMM is driven by H bridge respectively to ensure the electrical isolation. To simplify the design, the Bang-bang control, which is the easiest direct torque control, is adopted. What's more, the simulation of five-phase FTPMM based on Bang-bang control with one winging open or short is conducted. The results of simulation shows that the torque waveform is stable and the machine is in normal operation.
