摘　　要：现代化高炉炉顶上料系统大部分采用无料钟炉顶上料方式,齿轮箱是无料钟炉顶的核心设备,齿轮箱倾动机构作为布料溜槽改变倾角的驱动设备,在高炉布料操作中起关键作用。本文通过对本钢5号高炉炉顶齿轮箱倾动机构在运行过程中出现的故障进行分析,并提出相应的解决办法,保证高炉稳定运行。Modern blast furnace charging system uses most of the bell-less top blast furnace feeding way, the gear box is key equipment of bell less top. The gearbox tihing mechanism as the driven device of the distributor chute changing the angle ,plays a key role in BF operation. In this paper, the fault of Benxi Steel BF No. 5 top gear box tilting mechanism in the operation process were analyzed and put forward the corresponding solution.
