摘 要:油田开发勘探至今已经步入后期,开发面临难度逐渐增大,水平井的开发比重不断增多,水平井开发的油藏类型日趋多样化,完井方法日益丰富,同时,越来越看重固井质量。实践证明,低渗透油藏、地层不整合油藏、断裂储层和超薄油藏可以用水平井成功开采,大大提高了石油和天然气产量;水平井对老井的二次开采也十分有效。A油田地质构造复杂,地层倾角大,断层及裂缝多,地层压力层系混杂、储层薄,渗透率低,含较多盐膏层,易漏失,固井难度大,改善起来困难。针对A油田复杂的地质构造,对固井工艺和水泥浆性能加以改进,以提高A油区的固井质量[1]。When the exploration and development of oil fields enter the late-stage development, the difficulty of development is bigger and bigger, the number of horizontal drilling well is increasing, horizontal well reservoir type is becoming more diverse, well completion methods are more and more, the cementing quality is very important. The practice has proved that the horizontal well can be successfully used to develop low permeability reservoirs, unconformity reservoirs, fractured reservoirs and thin oil layers, so that oil and gas production can be increased significantly; and the horizontal well also is very effective to secondary recovery of old oil and gas wells. The geological structure of oilfield A is complex, the dip angle of strata is big, there are many faults and fractures, the permeability is low, the cementing is difficult, and it is difficult to improve cementing effect. In order to improve the cementing quality of A oil area, aiming at the complex geological structure of the specific block in oilfield A, the cementing technology and the performance of cement slurry were improved.
