摘  要:文章针对智能配电网故障后的恢复与重构提出自愈控制策略研究,采用二进制粒子群-蚁群算法恢复重构故障后的配电网络,并以支路节点电压作为最小目标函数,来达到优化电能质量的目的。首先提出自愈控制的配电网网络约束条件,其次利用二进制粒子群算法与蚁群算法的重要参数和广度进行优化对比,使两种算法能在计算优化过程中,智能的选择自适应度和使结果更加优化的要求。通过以IEEE 33节点和PG&69节点为例进行Matlab/Simulink仿真,仿真结果表明,自愈控制策略能实现对配电网故障后的恢复及优化控制,满足配电系统的电能质量要求。In this paper,a self-recovery control strategy was proposed for the restoration and reconfiguration of an intelligent distribution network. The binary particle swarm ant colony algorithm was used to restore the distribution network after the fault was reconstructed,and the voltage of the branch node was taken as the minimum objective function to achieve the purpose of optimizing the power quality. Firstly,the network constraint condition of the distribution network was proposed. Secondly,the binary particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the parameters and breadth of the ant colony algorithm,so that the two algorithms can meet the requirements of intelligent selection and the optimization of the results in the optimization process. By 33 IEEE nodes and PG69 nodes for Matlab/Simulink simulation,the simulation results showed that the self-healing control strategy can achieve recovery of the control and optimization of distribution network after faults,meet the distribution system power quality requirements.
