摘  要:利用炉膛内辐射能信号快速反映燃烧率的能力,将辐射能信号引入到锅炉燃料控制系统中,分析了辐射能信号参与燃料控制的优势.根据机组运行负荷不同而炉内燃烧存在差异的特点,以辐射能信号作为中间变量利用分段辨识的方法建立燃烧系统的数学模型.研究结果表明该方法较原控制系统超前30~45s完成入炉燃料量的调整.针对锅炉两种不同制粉系统,分别计算了炉膛辐射能信号响应燃料量变化的动态时间以及与机组负荷的对应关系,对辐射能信号在燃烧系统中动态时间的量化与分析,为其参与炉内燃烧调整提供数据支持.As change of radiative energy signal can reflect the condition of the combustion rate directly,the radiative energy signal was introduced into the fuel control system of a boiler and the advantage of the control strategy was discussed.According to the combustion characteristics under different unit load,the radiative energy signal was used as an intermediate variable,and then the mathematical model of combustion system was classified and identified.Calculation results show that the proposed control strategy could finish the regulation of fuel quantity 30~45 sahead of the original control system.Aiming at two different pulverizing systems,dynamic time for the radiative energy signal responding the combustion rate changes was calculated,and relationships between the dynamic time and the unit load were summarized.The quantization and analysis of the dynamic time of combustion system based on the radiative energy signal provides data support for the proposed control strategy.
