摘  要:目的:探讨自发性脑出血患者血清钙离子浓度的改变及变化趋势,揭示脑出血继发性损伤与钙离子的关系。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定82例急性自发性脑出血患者(非蛛网膜下腔出血)、36例急性自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者入院时血清血钙离子浓度和30例健康献血员血清Ca2+浓度浓度,测定脑出血患者入院后血清Ca2+浓度。结果:急性脑出血患者血清钙离子浓度明显低于正常人群,入院后血清Ca2+浓度较入院时下降更为明显。结论:自发性脑出血能引起血清钙离子浓度的下降,其中自发性蛛网膜下腔出血较自发性脑出血患者(非蛛网膜下腔出血)下降更为明显,血清钙离子浓度下降引起脑血管痉挛,是颅脑继发性损伤的机制之一。Objective: To discuss the changes and trends of serum calcium ion concentration in patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage, and reveal the relationship between the secondary lesion of cerebral hemorrhage and calcium ion. Methods: The serum Ca2 + concentration of 82 patients with acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (Non-subarachnoid hemorrhage), 36 cases of acute spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage patients and 30 healthy blood donors was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The serum Ca2 + concentration was measured in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Results: The serum calcium ion concentration of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage was significantly lower than that of normal population, and the decrease was more pronounced when the serum Ca2+ concentration was admitted after admission. Conclusion: Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage can cause the decline of serum calcium ion concentration, which is more obvious for spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage patients. The falling of serum calcium ion concentration can cause cerebral vasospasm, which is one of the mechanisms of brain secondary damage.
