摘　　要：目的:探讨膜突蛋白(MSN)在前列腺癌中的诊断价值。方法:应用蛋白组学二维荧光差异凝胶电泳技术对比前列腺癌与前列腺增生组织中MSN表达情况。免疫组织化学法进一步检测61例前列腺癌与24例前列腺增生患者标本中MSN蛋白表达,并分析其与临床病理特征之间关系。结果:蛋白组学结果显示,相对于增生组织,前列腺癌组织中MSN蛋白表达下调(P=0.032)。免疫组化结果显示,前列腺癌组织中MSN表达低于良性增生组织(P=0.018),其表达强度与癌组织的Gleason评分呈负相关(P=0.002),但与年龄(P=0.488)、肿瘤临床分期(P=0.313)、病理分级(P=0.720)无明显相关。结论:MSN蛋白水平的降低是前列腺癌细胞恶性程度升高的标志,其在前列腺癌的诊断中具有一定价值。Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of Moesin （MSN） in prostate cancer （PCa）. Methods ：Two-dimensional fluorescence differential gel electrophoresis （2D-DIGE） was used to compare the MSN expression in tissues of PCa and benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Immunohistochemistry （ IHC ） was used to detect the MSN protein expression in 61 PCa patients and 24 with BPH.The correlations between MSN expression and elinicopathologieal features were analyzed. Results： Proteomics showed down-regulated expression of MSN protein in PCa tissues （P= 0.032） compared with BPH tissues.IHC showed that the expression level of MSN in PCa was lower than that in BPH （P = 0.018）, and was negatively correlated with Gleason score （ P = 0.002）, but not significantly with age （ P = 0.488 ）, clinical staging （ P = 0.313 ） and pathological grading （P=0.720）.Conclusion： Lowered level of MSN protein is an indicator of higher-grade tumor, and may be valuable in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
