技能教育与创新创业融合下的人才培养研究

摘　　要：针对新形势下国家"大众创业,万众创新"和"中国制造2025"等战略的提出,加快培养技能型和创新创业型人才成为当前的重点。作为人才培养高地的高职院校,发挥自身优势,加强对新型人才的培养,还需要从课程体系目标与实践活动、文化、师资队伍和专业课程等方面与创新创业教育融合,才能加快新形势下的人才培养,提升高职人才培养质量。Under the new situation, the "public entrepreneurship and innovation" and "China made 2025" and other strategies are put forward by the state, to speed up the training of skilled and innovative and entrepreneurial talents, which has become the current focus of talent training. As a talent cultivation highland, to play their own advantages, and strengthen the cultivation of new talents, higher vocational colleges also need to integrate with innovation and entrepreneurship education from the curriculum goals and practice activities, culture, teachers and curriculum and other aspects, in order to speed up the personnel training under the new situation, and enhance the training quality of higher vocational talents.
