摘  要:近年来,我国在基因检测方面正在积极抢占国际市场份额。然而该产业的时效性要求很高,因此进出口通关效率至关重要。北京出入境检验检疫局在对进口基因检测用动植物DNA/RNA进行系统地风险分析后认为,经纯化的动植物DNA/RNA不具备感染其它生物体的条件,无传染性,检疫风险极低,并据此提出了检疫监管建议。In recent years,China is actively seizing the international market share in the field of gene detection. However,the timeliness of the industry is very high,so the efficiency of import and export customs clearance is crucial. Based on the systematic risk assessment for animal and plant DNA/RNA used in gene detection during importation by Beijing Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau,it was considered that the purified animal and plant derived DNA/RNA didn't have the ability to infect other organisms,with no infectivity and extra-low quarantine risk. And suggestions for quarantine supervision were put forward accordingly.
