摘　　要：针对我国肠衣出口欧盟的下降趋势,本文研究了我国肠衣出口欧盟遭遇的兽药残留、口岸现场查验和标签等方面的技术性贸易壁垒,从畜牧业管理体制、产业规模化和企业经营水平等方面分析了遭遇壁垒的原因,提出了完善畜牧业管理体制、提升畜牧业和肠衣生产规模水平、加强肠衣企业内部管理,以及加强检验检疫监管等应对措施。Aiming at the decline trend of exporting natural casings to Europe,the technical barriers to China＇s natural casings were studied,which mainly showed in the aspects of detecting residue of veterinary drugs,port inspection and label. The reasons for the barriers were analyzed from the aspects of animal husbandry management system,industrial scale and enterprise management level. Some countermeasures were also put forward,including improving the management of animal husbandry system,improving the scale of animal husbandry and casings production,strengthening internal management of enterprises and inspection and quarantine supervision.
