摘 要:为了研究壳聚糖-海藻酸钠复合膜对棉花种子萌发以及幼苗生长发育的影响,分别用壳聚糖与海藻酸钠浓度比为5∶1、4∶1、3∶1、2∶1、1∶1、0∶1的复合膜对棉花种子进行包衣。结果表明:当壳聚糖与海藻酸钠的浓度比为3∶1、4∶1时,复合膜的综合性能较好。经复合膜包衣的棉花种子的发芽率、幼苗叶绿素、可溶性糖以及可溶性蛋白含量均比未包膜处理以及单一膜处理的高,随二者浓度比的降低先增加后减少,且浓度比在3∶1时,效果最佳。In order to study the effects of chitoson-alginate composite membrane on cotton seed germination and growth and development of seedlings,the cotton seeds were conducted coating treatment with composite membrane of concentration ratios of chitoson to alginate as 5∶ 1,4∶ 1,3∶ 1,2∶ 1,1∶ 1,0∶ 1 respectively.The results showed that,when the concentration ratio reached 3∶ 1 and 4∶ 1,the properties of composite membrane were the best. The seed germination rate,contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein of cotton seedlings were all more than those of no coating treatment and single reagent treatment. They firstly increased and then decreased with the decrease of concentration ratio,and the effect was the best when the concentration ratio was 3∶ 1.
