摘  要:使用铣削方法加工P20模具钢,分析高速切削加工中,切削速度、进给量、切削深度对切削力、被加工零件的表面粗糙度的影响.研究结果表明:切削力受切削速度影响较小,进给量和切削深度的增大会引起切削力的成倍增大;被加工零件表面粗糙度受进给量影响最大,其次是切削速度,影响最小的是切削深度.High speed milling of quench steel P20 is researched.The effect of milling speed,milling depth and feed speed on the surface roughness of the work piece were studied in detail.The result of researching shows:the cutting speed has little effect on the cutting force and the cutting force is linear with that of the cutting depth;The force also increases with the cutting forward step and the cutting side step.The surface roughness will rise sharply with the increase of feed.In medium and high speed cutting P20 steel,the biggest effect on surface roughness was feeding,followed by feed rate and the influence of tool cutting depth a was minimum.
