摘　　要：在广义指数分布下,当数据为右删失情况时,文章探讨了影响它的协变量是如何对删失变量产生影响的情况下建立的参数回归模型问题,并且给出参数的极大似然估计。利用蒙特卡罗模拟说明了参数估计方法的有效性,并且将此方法应用到髓移植治疗急性白血病的临床试验中。In the case of generalized exponential distribution and right censored data, this paper discusses how to establish parameter regression model when covariates exert influence on censored variables, and gives the maximum likelihood estimation of parameters. The paper also uses Monte Carlo simulation to illustrate the effectiveness of parameter estimation method, and applies this method to the marrow transplantation for acute leukemia clinical trials.
