摘　　要：知识转移是产学研合作的核心环节,有效的知识转移是产学研合作开展的重要基础。重新梳理和界定产学研合作的知识转移及其机制概念,结合知识转移过程分析其影响因素,在此基础上构建产学研合作中的知识转移概念模型,并提出相关建议。Knowledge transfer is so important for collaborative innovation,the mechanism of knowledge transfer is an important foundation to carry out effective cooperation. First, review and define the concept of knowledge transfer and cooperation mechanism, then, analysis of the process of knowledge transfer and its influencing factors .Based on these analysis, Construct the general conceptual model of knowledge transfer mechanism for collaborative innovation.
