摘　　要：探讨周永明教授治疗血液系统常见出血性疾病的临床经验。周师提出临证贵在把握疾病不同阶段的病机特点,明辨其标本虚实,采取缓则治其本、急则治其标之法。出血性疾病病机特征是本虚标实,多属于脾肾亏虚为本、火热伤络为标,瘀血内停、肝气郁结等为变。临证应以虚损为本、火热为标之纲要。This article discusses Professor Zhou Yongming＇ s clinical experience in the treatment of common hemorrhagic diseases of hematological system. He puts forwards that the clinical practice should grasp the pathogenesis features of disease at different stages, and make clear differentiation of manifestations and root causes,deficiency and excess. The symptomatic treatment in acute condition and radical treatment in chronic case are performed. The pathogenesis features of hemorrhagic diseases are deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, which mainly present deficiency of spleen and kidney as root cause and fire heat impairing collaterals as manifestation combined with internal stagnation of blood stasis and stagnation of liver qi. In concrete clinical treatment, as long as the principles of deficiency as root cause and fire heat as manifestation are held, the good efficacy could be achieved.
