医学生道德人格问卷的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的编制适合医学生的道德人格问卷。方法在理论探索和半结构化访谈的基础上,结合医学生的特点形成75个题项的初测问卷。以350名在校医学生为被试进行初测,在对问卷进行项目分析、探索性因素分析后形成正式问卷。以742名在校医学生为被试进行正式施测,对问卷进行信效度检验。结果(1)医学生道德人格问卷包含道德认知、道德情感、道德行为、道德意志、道德同一性和道德敏感性六个因子,共35题;(2)问卷具有良好的内部一致性、结构效度和效标效度。结论医学生道德人格问卷具有良好的信效度,可以作为医学生道德人格的测量工具。Objective To develop the scale of moral personality for medical students. Methods Based on the classic moral personality theory and semi-structured interview, we developed an initial questionnaire of 75 projects. Item analysis and factor analysis were applied to a 350 sample. Confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach α and validity analysis were applied to a 742 sample. Results （1）The scale of moral personality for medical students included 35 items and involved six factors which named moral cognitive, moral sentiment, moral behavior, moral will, moral identity and moral sensitivity. （2）The scale had good coefficient of internal consistency, and acceptable construct and criterion validity. Conclusion The scale has good reliability and validity can be used to measure the moral personality in medical students.
