摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学教育的重要组成部分,目前已经成为培养合格临床医生的必经之路。皮肤科在综合性医院中的规模相比其他科室不大,但皮肤科与其他临床各学科既有密切练习,又有自身特点,是一门涉及内容广泛的临床学科。中国医科大学附属盛京医院皮肤科作为住院医师规培基地已经承担多年的教学和培训任务,现就长期教学和培训过程中遇到的问题和对策做以总结。The standardized training of resident doctors is an important part of medical education after graduation, and has become a necessary way to train qualified clinicians. Dermatology may be small scale compared to other departments in comprehensive hospitals, but it is closely related to other de partments, and has the own characteristics as well, it is a wide-ranging clinical discipline. Dermatolo gy Department of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University has undertaken many years of teaching and training tasks as the regulatory base, now we summary the problems and countermeasures in the long term teaching and training.
