角化棘皮瘤1例

摘　　要：患者女,60岁。右手食指孤立性斑块5个月。皮损组织病理示:真皮内可见囊壁样结构,由复层鳞状上皮构成,内含有大量角化物。结合临床及组织病理学特点,诊断角化棘皮瘤。随诊观察5个月后皮疹自行消退。A 60-year-old female presented with a solidary plaque on her right index linger. The histopathological exami- nation showed a cystic-wall-like structure in the dermis composed by stratified squamous epithelium with ker- atin filled. A diagnosis of keratoacanthoma was made based on the clinieal and histopathological characteris- tics. The lesion regressed spontaneously after 5-month follow-up.
