药物超敏反应综合征2例并文献复习

摘　　要：例1男,70岁,例2男,71岁,分别于口服别嘌呤醇10天和21天出现皮疹。例1出现红皮病合并肾损害,例2出现多形红斑合并肝损害。经糖皮质激素治疗后2例患者皮疹均基本消退,肝肾功能恢复正常。例2检测出HLA B~* 5801阳性。药物超敏反应综合征首选糖皮质激素治疗,等位基因多态性筛查对预防药物超敏反应综合征有重要意义。Case 1 was a 70-year-old male and case 2 was a 71-year-old male. Drug eruption of the two patients ap- peared 10 days and 21 days respectively ＇after having allopurinoI. One patient presented erythroderma accom- panying with kidney dysfunction. The other patient presented erythema multiforme accompanying with liver dysfunction. Both of them were eured by effective treatment including skin eruptions,liver and kidney func- tions. HLA B ＊ 5801 gene mutation was detected in the second patients. Glueocorticoid was the first line medication to treat drug-induced hypersensilivity syndrome. Allelic gene polymorphism sereening was neces- sary to prevent drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome.
