摘　　要：抗菌肽与抗生素等传统灭菌剂的作用相似,多数具有强碱性、热稳定性以及广谱抗菌等特点,特别是某些抗菌肽对部分真菌、原虫、病毒及癌细胞等均具有强有力的杀伤作用。抗菌肽的分离纯化分析对于抗菌肽的应用具有重要意义,本文重点对其研究进展进行概述。Similar to the traditional antibiotics, most antibacterial peptides possess strong basicity, thermal stability and broad spectrum antibacterial. What＇s more, some antibacterial peptides show strong effect on sterilizing epiphyte, protozoon, virus and cancer cell. In this review, we aim to study the progress on the purification, separation and analysis of antibacterial peptides due to the great significance of it.
