摘　　要：在充分分析大学生科研成果培育存在问题的基础上，提出建设大学生科研成果培育保障体系、搭建大学生科研成果培育服务平台、建立完善相关制度、形成多元资金来源等途径，对于充分调动学生参与科技创新活动的积极性，推动高水平学术成果不断涌现，提升学校办学水平和核心竞争力具有重要意义。based on the full analysis of the problems college students cultivate scientific research achievements, on the basis of proposed by construction of college students＇ scientific research achievements to foster security system, build college students＇ scientific research training service platform, to establish perfect the related system and formation of multiple sources of funding, to fully arouse the enthusiasm of students to participate in the activities of scientific and technological innovation, promote high levels of academic achievement, improve school running level and core competitiveness is of great significance.
