摘 要:对啤酒生产步骤和重点成果进行剖析,从软件和硬件两个方面着手设计,运用西门子S7—300PLC对啤酒生产步骤中啤酒发酵控制系统和麦芽干燥步骤设计,整个过程采用分层的方式进行。第一个层次是S7—300PLC等设备的选择,完成对数字、模拟信号处理和执行机构的控制。第二个层次是监控计算机操作,实现数据接口和控制软件的控制、监控和监管记数。In China's food production industry, beer industry is a very important production department, with the rapid development of economy in our country, the beer industry in China has a great change and development. Because of China's beer production process of complex, now most of the beer production enterprise in our country is relatively backward technology and facilities, the level of automation is not high, but also increase the product research and development, ensure the quality of products. How to further develop the beer production automation, improve China's beer production technology and comprehensive strength is a very delve into meaningful subject. Process for beer production steps and key achievements, begin from two aspects of hardware and software design, using the Siemens $7-300 PLC in beer production steps and malt drying steps of beer fermentation control system design, the whole process adopts the hierarchical manner.
