清火消炎汤结合西医治疗AS伴发葡萄膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在常规西医治疗的基础上加以中医辨证治疗强直性脊椎炎（As）并发葡萄膜炎的临床应用效果。方法2014年10月至2016年3月确诊为AS并发葡萄膜炎的30例（32只眼），在常规西医治疗基础上，加用自拟清火消炎汤治疗，对治疗前后的视力、眼部症状及体征进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者经过中西医结合方法治疗后，在为期1年的随访期中，21只眼的最佳矫正视力≥1．0，治疗前后的最佳矫正视力分布差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），总有效率为87．5％。结论清火消炎汤结合西医治疗As伴发葡萄膜炎有较好的疗效，具有缩短病程，预防复发，减少并发症等作用。Objective To explore the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of AS with uveitis on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. Method 30 cases （ 32 eyes ） of AS complicated with uveitis were diagnosed from October 2014 to March 2016.Self-made anti-inflammatory soup was used on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment .The visual acuity, symptoms and signs were retrospectively analyzed. Result All patients were treated with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine, and during the one-year follow- up period, the best corrected visual in 21 eyes was ≥1.0. The difference of the best corrected visual acuity before and after treatment was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） , the total effective rate was 87.5%. Conclusion Qinghuo anti-inflammatory soup combined with Western medicine has a good effect in the treatment of AS with uveitis, and will short the course of disease, prevention of recurrence, reduce complications and so on.
