复方樟柳碱联合甲强龙冲击法治疗缺血性视神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究缺血性视神经病变采用复方樟柳碱联合甲强龙冲击法治疗的临床疗效。方法56例缺血性视神经病变患者，随机分为对照组和观察组。每组各28例。对照组采用单纯长春西汀注射液联合甲钴胺针剂静脉滴注治疗，观察组采用复方樟柳碱联合甲强龙冲击法治疗，辅以长春西汀注射液联合甲钴胺针剂静脉滴注治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果和视力恢复情况。结果两组患者经过治疗后，观察组平均视力恢复程度优于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用复方樟柳碱联合甲强龙冲击法治疗缺血性视神经病变，对患者临床症状的改善及视力恢复效果显著，值得临床广泛推广。Objective TTo investigate the clinical efficacy of compound anisodine combined with methylprednisolone pulse therapy in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods 56 patients with ischemic optic neuropathy were divided into control group and observation group randomly, with 28 patients in each group. The control group accepted vinpocetine injection combined with Mecobalamin intravenous infusion therapy, and the observation group accepted compound anisodine combined with methylprednisolone implosive therapy. The clinical efficacy and visual acuity of two groups were compared after 4 weeks. Results After 14 days, tile total effective rate of two groups showed statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ） . Curative effect and average visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The compound anisodine combined with methylprednisolone implosive treatment is effective in nonarteritic ischemic optic neuropathy.
