卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的影像表现与病理对照分析

摘　　要：目的分析卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的CT及MRI表现并与病理特征对照,以提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析13例经手术病理证实的卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的影像资料,并与其病理特点进行比较分析。结果 13例患者病灶均为单侧卵巢单发肿块,包膜完整,边界清楚,类圆形6例,不规则分叶状7例;12例实性为主,1例囊实性;增强扫描实性部分表现为慢进慢出型且强化程度不高的强化模式,内见不强化的囊变坏死区。影像表现与病灶的基本特征以及光学显微镜下漩涡状、小束状排列的瘤细胞与纤维样区交错等病理特点相符合。结论卵泡膜细胞瘤的影像表现具有一定特征性,能较准确反映其病理特点,对该病的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要意义。Objective To analyze and compare CT and MRI appearances of ovarian thecoma （OT） with pathologic findings, in order to improve the diagnosis of the disease. Methods 13 patients with OT confirmed histopathologically were retrospectively analyzed. Image data were observed and compared with pathologic findings. Results The tumor was single mass with clear bor- derline and amicula in all 13 patients, round masses in 6 cases, irregular lobulated masses in 7 cases. 12 masses were mainly sol- id and the other one was solid cystic. The enhancement of the real part of the scanning was slow in the slow progress and the en- hancement of the degree was not high, and the cystic necrotic area was not enhanced. Image performance consisted of the basic features and the pathological characteristics, such as the spiral or wispy arrangement of tumor cells and fibers interlaced under the optical microscope. Conclusion The imaging features of thecoma have certain characteristics and are helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian theeoma, which can accurately reflect the pathological characteristics.
