摘　　要：糖尿病黄斑水肿（DME）是糖尿病视网膜病变患者致盲的最重要原因之一。本文基于中医眼科黄斑属脾理论，运用以补肾健脾、活血利水为治则的糖网激光协定方，初步探讨其在改善DME患者视功能的中医机制和发挥的作用。Diabetic macular edema （DME）is a main cause of blindness in patients with diabetic retinopathy. In this paper, based on the theory of macular belong to spleen, the use of strength spleen nourishing Kidney,promoting flow and alleviating water retention for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy laser protocol,to explore its role in improving the visual function of patients with DME.
