摘 要:青光眼是一组伴有特征性视神经损害和视野缺损的视神经病变,是世界上三大致盲性眼病之一。青光眼性失明,就目前医学治疗手段而言是无法使其逆转而恢复的。目前关于青光眼的发病机制还不清楚。但可以明确的是高眼压是造成青光眼的危险因素。因此在青光眼研究领域中,利用动物模型来研究青光眼的发病机制或治疗等已经成为必不可少的研究工具。本文主要概述了近些年来关于原发性角闭型青光眼高眼压动物模型的研究进展。Glaucoma, a group of optic neuropathy with characteristic optic nerve damage and visual defect, is one of the three major blind eye diseases in the world. Glaucoma blindness can not be reversed by current medical treatments. The pathogenesis of glaucoma is not yet known. But it is clear that high intraocular pressure is a risk factor for glaucoma. Therefore,in tile field of glaucoma study,the use of animal models to study the pathogenesis or treatment of glaucoma has become an essential research tool. This paper mainly summarizes the progress of the research on the model of primary Angle closed glaucoma in recent years.
