摘　　要：查尔酮化合物由于结构简单、易于合成且具有抗肿瘤活性而得到广泛研究。本文归纳总结了查尔酮化合物的抗肿瘤机制及其构效关系,为其结构修饰提供了理论基础。Chalcone compounds are extensively studied due to their simplicity, ease of synthesis and extensive antitumor activity. This thesis summarized the anti-tumor mechanism and structure-activity relationship of chalcone compounds, and provided the theoretical basis for the subsequent structural modification.
