乳腺癌患者淋巴管内透明质酸Layilin受体的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者淋巴管内透明质酸Layilin受体表达情况及临床意义。方法自2016年1-12月,连续性收集赣南医学院第一附属医院收治的乳腺癌患者98例,同期收集50例乳腺纤维瘤患者,检测不同组织中Layilin受体表达情况并计算淋巴管密度,分析Layilin受体标记的淋巴管密度与乳腺癌患者临床特征的相关性。结果与纤维瘤组织比较,乳腺癌组织中透明质酸Layilin受体阳性淋巴管密度显著增高(P=0.000)。与无淋巴结转移的患者相比,淋巴结转移的患者淋巴管密度显著增高(P=0.001);与TNM分期为Ⅰ或Ⅱ期的患者相比,TNM分期为Ⅲ或Ⅳ期的患者淋巴管密度显著增高(P=0.000)。结论乳腺癌患者淋巴管内透明质酸Layilin受体高表达可能与肿瘤细胞的转移有关。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of lymphatic hyaluronic acid Layilin receptor in patients with breast cancer.Methods From January to December in 2016,98 patients with breast cancer and 50 patients with mammary gland fibroma treated in the hospital were collected.The expressions of Layilin receptor in different tissues were detected.Lymphatic vessel density was calculated.The correlations between Layilin receptor-labeled lymphatic vessel density and clinical features of breast cancer patients were analyzed.Results Compared with mammary gland fibroma tissue,lymphatic vessels density in Layilin receptor positive breast cancer tissue increased significantly（P = 0.000）.Compared with patients without lymph node metastasis,lymphatic vessels density in patients with lymph node metastasis increased significantly（P = 0.001）.Compared with patients of TNM stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ,lymphatic vessels density in patients of TNM stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ increased significantly（P = 0.000）.Conclusion High expression of lymphatic hyaluronic acid Layilin receptor in patients with breast cancer may be related to metastasis of tumor cells.
