摘　　要：地方本科院校学报是高校学报队伍中的一支重要力量。当前地方本科院校学报存在着学术地位不高、内容上全而不强、影响力低等问题。究其原因,与学报定位不准确、优质稿源少、平台不高、思想观念陈旧及编辑队伍阵营不整有关。提高地方本科院校学报办刊质量,必须采取准确定位、实现差异发展、采取特殊政策、建设好队伍及健全质量保障机制等措施。Journals of local colleges and universities is an important force in the ranks of journals. At present, journals of local colleges and universities have such problems as low academic status, full content, low strength and low influence. There are so many reasons, including inaccurate journal positioning, lack of high-quality manuscripts, low platform, outdated ideas and incomplete editorial team. To improve the quality of journals of local colleges and universities, it is recommended to take accurate measures, realize differential development, adopt special policies, build good ranks and improve the quality guarantee mechanism.
