摘 要:针对永磁同步直线电机速度控制系统中PID控制器难以满足系统动态响应要求的问题,设计了一种基于生物智能算法的双层控制器,提高速度环的动态响应能力。该双层控制器基于生物学中睾酮反馈调节原理,前级控制器的输出量作为后级控制器的参考量,两级控制器的反馈量均为动子速度。并以表贴式长次级永磁同步直线电机为实验对象,搭建了调速控制实验平台,采用线性霍尔结合卡尔曼滤波器进行电角度和速度计算。实验结果表明,相比于传统PID控制器,该控制器具有鲁棒性强、控制精度高、响应速度快、抗干扰能力强等优点。In the driving system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM), traditional PID controller usually cannot meet the demand of dynamic response. In this paper, a new two-level controller (TLC) based on the principle of testosterone regulation in biology was introduced to replace the PID control- ler. Experiment platform of along surface-mounted secondary permanent magnet synchronous linear motor was introduced, which included three linear hall sensors fixed for calculation of electrical angle and speed. Spe- cially, Kalman filter was used to smooth the speed curve. The experiment results show that robustness and responding speed were both improved by using the new controller.
