摘　　要：以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革,是我国司法改革的基本方向,对各个诉讼环节都将产生重大影响。当前,侦查权过于膨胀,司法权对侦查权控制不力,产生了大量的配合性监督,以致监督效果明显不理想。在以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革的背景下,侦查监督部门必须通过转变角色、理清侦查监督工作的内涵、完善考核机制以及增强被追诉方的诉讼地位等方面的努力,推动侦查监督工作的转型与升级,适应"以审判为中心"的新的诉讼格局。The reform of criminal procedure system which the trial as the center is essential for China＇s criminal procedure system, and the influence is deeply. Until now, the investigation department is too powerful,and the procaratorate cannot supervise it effectivey, then much cooperating supervision appears. Under the background of ＂the trial as the center＂, the procuratorate need a transformation, improve the appraisal system and promote defendants＇ status, then adjust the new criminal structure of ＂the trial as the center＂.
