摘 要:既有铁路450MHz无线列调通信系统改建为GSM-R系统时,对应的有线调度通信系统需改造为与GSM-R系统能够互联互通的FAS型调度通信系统。收集调研了6个铁路局的既有铁路调度通信系统相关数据,基于设备的软、硬件配置情况,提出了新建和升级2种改造方案。由于升级方案实施难度大,对铁路运营影响大,且综合投资不一定具有优势,因此,建议各工程采用新建为主的改造方案。针对新建方案,提出了基于双端口值班台备份的多车站共用车站调度交换机的优化方案,对改建工程具有重要的参考意义。When the 450MHz wireless communication system for train dispatching in existing railway is renovated into a GSM-R system, the corresponding wired communication system for train dispatching is required to be converted into a FAS-type one with the function of interconnecting with the GSM-R system. Data of existing communication systems for train dispatching in six railway bureaus is investigated and collected and two renovation schemes are proposed based on the configuration of software and hardware for newly-built systems and upgrading ones are pro- posed. Since the upgrading scheme is too difficult to implement and has more influence on the op- eration of the railway, the overall investment may not be economic. Therefore, it is proposed that newly-built system is strongly recommended. As for newly-buih system, an optimization scheme of dispatching switch based on dual-port duty console and with multi-station sharing is presented, providing an important reference for renovation projects.
