摘 要:目的:探讨强化患者核心稳定性训练对脑卒中后下肢运动和步行功能的影响。方法:选取符合标准的我院住院患者60例,随机分为A、B两组,每组30例,A组为治疗组,在常规康复治疗的基础上加上核心稳定性训练。B组为对照组,仅做常规的康复治疗。每周5次,共8周。治疗前后用简化FuglMeyer运动量表(FMA)及威斯康星步态量表(WGS)进行下肢步行功能评价。结果:两组患者干预前组间各参数差异无显著性,干预治疗8周后,两组组内前后对比,FMA和WGS评分结果表明两组患者功能均有显著性提高(P<0.05);A、B两组组间前后对比,FMA和WGS结果说明强化核心稳定性训练对脑卒中后下肢步行功能和步态效果较明显(P<0.05)。结论:在常规康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者基础上辅以强化核心稳定性训练,可有效提高下肢运动功能。Objective:The article aims to explore the effect of core stability training on lower-limb movement after stroke in patients. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into group A and group B (n=30). Group A was treated with enhanced core stability training apart from routine rehabilitation, which was the only treatment to the control group ( group B) ,each 5 times a week for a period of 8 weeks. Preoperative treatment was performed with the simplified Fugl-Meyer Exercise Scale ( FMA) and the Wisconsin Gestalt Scale ( WGS) for lower limb movement evaluation. Results:There was no significant difference in the parameters between the two groups before intervention. After 8 weeks of intervention,the FMA and WGS scores showed a significant increase for both groups ( P〈0.05) . According to the results of FMA and WGS,enhanced core stability training was more effective in the lower-limb function and posture ( P〈0.05) . Conclusion:It is effective to improve the movement of the lower limbs by strengthening the training of the core stability plus conventional rehabilitation training for stroke patients with hemiplegia.
