摘 要:目的探讨临床路径教学法在CRRT护士岗位胜任力培训中的应用方法和效果。方法选取2012—2013年采取传统教学法进行培训的20名CRRT护士岗位培训考核结果作为对照组,自2014起采用临床路径教学法进行CRRT护士岗位培训,共培训CRRT护士22名,其培训结果作为试验组,比较两组方法培训后CRRT护士岗位胜任力的差异。结果临床路径教学法较传统教学法培训后CRRT护士的岗位胜任力有显著提高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在CRRT护士岗位胜任力培训中引入临床路径教学法,规范CRRT护士岗位培训流程,提高培训质量,拓展胜任技能,提升专科素养,促进能岗匹配,优化人才管理,取得良好的效果,是临床护理教学中一种值得大力推广的模式。Objective To investigate the effects of clinical pathway teaching in the position competence training of CRRT nurses.Methods 20 dialysis nurses from January 2012 to December 2013 in the Blood Purification Center were recruited and given traditional training as control group.22 dialysis nurses received the clinical pathway teaching since 2014 as experimental group.The difference of position competence was measured and analyzed between two groups.Results The position competence of CRRT nursein the clinical pathway teaching group is better that of the traditional training.There is distinct difference between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching method can standardize the training process,improve the quality of training,expand the competence skills,enhance the specialist literacy,promote competency-position fittness,and optimize nurse management when it was introduced into position competence training of CRRT nurses.It has achieved good results,and is worth promoting in the clinical nursing teaching.
