摘  要:目的评价疏水涂层对自酸蚀粘接剂牙本质粘接耐久性的影响,探讨牙本质粘接界面降解的可能机制,为自酸蚀粘接剂的临床选择和运用提供实验依据。方法选用四种自酸蚀粘接剂Adper Prompt(AP),i Bond(IB),Xeno Ⅲ(XE),SEBond(SE)。将新近拔除的48颗人无龋第三磨牙,去除牙合面釉质暴露牙本质层,随机分为实验组和对照组:对照组按使用说明常规粘接,树脂修复;实验组于常规粘接后涂布疏水涂层,树脂修复。垂直粘接面切成横截面积为0.9×0.9mm^2的条形微拉伸样本,随机分为24小时组和6个月组。分别在37℃双蒸水中储存24小时和6个月后,于万能材料实验机上进行微拉伸强度测试,对微拉伸强度值进行统计分析。结果四种粘接剂的即刻粘接强度无显著差异,水储后粘接强度均下降,疏水涂层运用后四种粘接剂即刻粘接强度及水储后粘接强度均有提高,以一步法自酸蚀粘接剂AP、XE明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏水涂层的运用能显著提高一步法自酸蚀粘接剂AP、XE组的粘接强度,在一定程度上延缓老化进程,对两步法自酸蚀粘接剂SE组及温和型一步法自酸蚀剂IB改善效果不显著。Objective To evaluate the effect of hydrophobic layer on the durability ofself-etchadhesives,explorethedegradationmechanismof bonded interface and provide an experiment evidence for clinic application. Methods Four self-etch adhesives were selected: Adper Prompt(AP),i Bond(IB), Xeno Ⅲ(XE) and SEBond(SE). 48 fresh lyextracted, caries-free human third molars were used. A flatdentinewasexposedbyremovingocclusalenamel.All teeth were randomly divided into two groups: the control group which were bonded with dentin adhesive system according to manufacturer's directions, and the experiment group which applied an extracoat of hydrophobic layer over the cured adhesives. Composite layers were built up incrementally. The specimens weresectioned longitudinally across the resin-dentin interface into 0.9×0.9 mm^2 sticks, and were subdivided into two groups which were tested after 24 hours or after 6 months of water storage in 37℃. The micro-tensile bonding strength wasacquired and analyzed by SPSS. Results The immediatemicrotensile bonding strength of four adhesives showed no significant difference, while adhensive strength descended after 6 months of waterstorage. The application of hydrophobic layer improved bonding strength of all adhesives, among which one-step adhesives(AP, IB and XE) increased significantly(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of hydrophobic layer were contributed to bonding strength of self-etch adhesives and delayed the aging progress, whereas this effect wasn't significant for the two-step adhesive.
