不对称拔牙矫治的临床应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨不对称拔牙矫治的临床治疗要点。方法 22例采用不对称拔牙的病例,12例患者存在下颌第一磨牙严重龋坏;6例患者存在上颌侧切牙严重龋坏或先天缺失;4例患者同时存在下颌第一磨牙和上颌侧切牙严重龋坏。均采用直丝弓矫治技术。结果矫治疗程18~32个月,平均22个月。矫治后患者均达到牙齿排列整齐、前牙覆牙合覆盖正常、后牙尖窝交错的咬合关系,软组织侧貌得到一定程度的改善。结论不对称拔牙矫治在支抗控制合理的情况下能够取得满意的效果。Objective To investigate the efficiency and characteristics on asymmetry orthodontic extraction cases. Methods Twenty-two patients treated by asymmetry extraction were included in this study. 12 cases with first molar caries, 6 cases with upper lateral tooth caries or congenital missing, 4 cases with first molar and upper lateral tooth caries. All cases treated by Straight Wire Appliance. Results The average treatment duration was 22 months. Normal overjet and overbite were achieved, coordinate molar relationship was established, the facial profile was improved.Conclusion Asymmetry extraction can achieve ideal treatment results with correct anchorage control.
