补肾调周联合长方案对辅助生殖技术中多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者临床结局干预的研究

摘　　要：目的观察补肾调周法联合长方案对辅助生殖技术中多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者临床结局的影响,从而探讨多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者在长方案中运用补肾调周法的可行性及有效性。方法 80例患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组采用常规长方案联合补肾调周法,对照组单纯采用常规长方案。比较2组患者的一般情况,Gn启动量、Gn总用量、Gn天数、HCG日雌二醇水平、获卵数、2PN数、优质胚胎数、ET日子宫内膜厚度、临床妊娠率、流产率。结果治疗组HCG日雌二醇水平、2PN数、优质胚胎数显著高于对照组,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组获卵数增加,Gn启动量、Gn总用量、Gn天数均减少,但2组比较无统计学意义;治疗组子宫内膜厚度增加,但2组之间均无统计学意义;治疗组临床妊娠率高于对照组,流产率低于对照组,但2组之间无统计学意义。结论补肾调周法联合常规长方案治疗可以增加患者2PN数、优质胚胎数,提高子宫内膜容受性,最终提高妊娠率,降低流产率。Objective To observe the effect of reinforcing kidney and regulating menstruation on the clinical outcome of PCOS（polycystic ovary syndrome） infertility patients in ART（assisted reproductive technique）,so as to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation in patients with PCOS infertility.Methods 80 cases of POCS were randomly divided into treatment group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）.The treatment group was treated with conventional therapy,and the control group was treated with routine method.The general conditions of the two groups were compared,the amount of Gn,the total amount of Gn,the number of Gn days,HCG days,the number of oocytes,the number of 2 PN,the number of embryos,the thickness of ET,the clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate.Results Treatment group＇s h CG,estradiol levels,number of 2 pn,good quality embryo number was significantly higher than that in the control group,there was statistically significance（P〈0.05）; treatment group＇s number of eggs increased,GN starting amount,the total dosage of GN,GN days were reduced,but two groups had no statistically significant; treatment group,endometrial thickness increased,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups; in the treatment group,the clinical pregnancy rate was higher than that of the control group,abortion rate was lower than the control group,but there was no statistical significance.Conclusion Reinforcing kidney and regulating the week method combined with conventional rectangular case treatment can increase patients 2 pn number,number of good quality embryos and improve the endometrial receptivity and ultimately improve pregnancy rate and reduce the rate of abortion.
