摘　　要：沙特"2030愿景"是沙特新政府的一份国家中长期经济社会发展规划,其中强调了教育对国家发展的重要作用。根据对此愿景及其附属的相关政府文件的解读,可以得出其教育发展战略具有以下主要特点:强调教育在国家和社会发展以及经济建设中的基础地位和基础作用;强调教育发展中的分类指导和因材施教原则,强调教育要主动适应社会和劳动力市场的需求;强调吸引国内外民间资本和社会力量参与办学。Saudi ＂2030 Vision＂ is a long-term economic and social development plan of the new government of Saudi Arabia,which emphasizes the important role that education plays on the country＇s development. Based on the interpretation of this ＂vision＂ and its related government documents,it can be concluded that the educational development strategies of Saudi Arabia have the following main characteristics：stressing the fundamental status and role of education in the national and social development and economic construction;emphasizing the principle of classified guidance and teaching in accordance with students＇ aptitude;highlighting that education should actively meet the needs of the society and the labor market;and emphasizing that education should attract domestic and foreign private capital and social forces to participate in running schools.
