摘  要:目的测定安徽不同产地野生与栽培多花黄精的总酚含量。方法以没食子酸为对照品,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总酚含量,测定波长765 nm。结果没食子酸对照品溶液浓度在0.005~0.03 mg/ml范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,没食子酸标准曲线为Y=31.4457X+0.0192(n=6),相关系数r=0.999 1。安徽不同产地野生与栽培多花黄精总酚含量范围在3.46~5.22 mg/g,整体上虽然差别不大,但基本可反映野生品种总酚含量略高于栽培品种。结论通过对总酚含量的测定,可为安徽地区的多花黄精质量评价提供参考。Objective To determine total phenolic content in wild and cultivated P. crytonema from different habitats in Anhui. Methods Gallic acid was used as an index component. The content of phenolic was determined by UV visible spectrophotometry. The wavelength is 765 nm. Results The linear range of standard curve was 0.005 ~ 0.03 mg/ml. The regression equation was found as follows Y = 31.4457 X+0.0192( n = 6) with the correlation coefficent r = 0.9991.The total phenolic content ranged from 3.46 ~ 5.22 mg/g in wild and cultivated P.crytonema from different habitats in Anhui. On the whole,though,there was little difference. But it could reflect the total phenol content of wild varieties slightly higher than cultivated varieties. Conclusions Through the determination of total phenolic content,we can provide reference for the quality evaluation of P. crytonema in Anhui area.
