摘 要:本文通过对机械液压无级变速器的传动原理进行理论分析,在此基础上设计了试验平台,明确了试验过程中的控制对象和所需采集的数据,通过MATLAB/Simulink对试验过程中关键控制对象的特性进行了仿真,从而针对不同的控制对象提出了不同的控制思路。应用GE公司生产的PAC System RX3i作为控制器,利用PME软件编写控制程序。最后将整个控制系统集成化,为试验台的搭建打下了坚实的基础,也为同种类型变速器的试验台控制系统提供了参考。This paper demonstrate the drive principle in hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission,afterwards,the design of control system was proposed which attempt to realize the purpose related to the experiment.This article based on the theoretical analysis,proposing a feasible scheme for this test,explicating the object which be controlled and the data which be collected in the whole process,furthermore,utilizing the MATLAB/Simulink to simulate the peculiarity of the pivotal object which participated in the test,taking different control tactics according to different objects.Applying the PAC System RX3 i,which manufactured by GE,in the test as the controller and writing program with PME.Finally,integrating the entire control system as the substantial foundation for the construction of this experiment intend to propose valuable recommendation for control system which applied in similar transmission.
