老年抑郁症患者额叶活性降低与认知功能损害相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年抑郁症患者额叶活性降低与认知功能损害相关性分析。方法选取2016年5月~2017年1月我院收治的老年抑郁症患者60例设为研究组,选取同期认知功能正常的健康志愿者60例设为对照组,比较两组研究对象的额叶活性及认知功能,比较两组间的相关性。结果额叶活动方面比较,研究组左侧额叶及右侧额叶的NAA/Cr值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组CHO/Cr值对比无显著差异(P>0.05);认知功能对比方面,研究组N2潜伏期以及P3潜伏期显著长于对照组,N2波幅以及P3波幅显著低于对照组(P<0.05),同时研究组WCST测试(威斯康辛测试)的Re、Rpe及Rf显著高于对照组,Cc及Rf%均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年抑郁症患者的认知功能损坏同额叶活性降低存在联系,需要引起医务人员的重视。Objective To investigate the correlation between decreased frontal lobe activity and cognitive impairment in elderly patients with depression. Methods 60 patients with senile depression admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2017 were chosen as study group, and 60 healthy volunteers with normal cognitive function in the same period were selected as the control group. The frontal lobe activity and cognitive function were compared between the two groups. And the correlation between the two group was compared. Results Frontal lobe activity between the two groups was compared. The NAA/Cr values in the left frontal lobe and right frontal lobe of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in CHO/Cr between the two groups （P〉0.05）. And the cognitive function between the two groups was compared. The N2 latency and P3 latency of the study group were significantly longer than those of the control group, and N2 amplitude and P3 amplitude of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group（F〈O.05）. At the same time, the Re, Rpe and Rf of the WCST test（Wisconsin test）in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. And Cc and Rf% in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The impairment of cognitive function in elderly patients with depression is related to the decrease of fi＇ontal lobe activity, which needs attention from medical staff.
