摘　　要：目的了解规范化培训住院医师党建工作的开展情况,探讨问题出现的原因,为规范开展住院医师党建工作提供建议。方法定性与定量研究相结合,对某三级甲等医院规范化培训住院医师进行问卷调查,了解其党建工作存在的问题;针对存在的问题,访谈卫生行政部门负责人、12家医院党办和教育处负责人。结果 140名住院医师中,39.29%是党员,组织关系均挂靠在工作单位,培训期间参加组织生活的频率较低。57.27%的住院医师愿意在培训医院参加组织生活或发展党员,并且对参加支部活动有很高积极性,52.73%的住院医师希望成立住院医师党支部。11家医院不接收已经就业住院医师的组织关系,主要原因是党办担心管理起来比较困难,仅有1家医院将住院医师纳入研究生党支部进行管理。结论住院医师对稳定的组织生活有较强的需求,住院医师党建工作可以和培训管理紧密结合,但需要医院党办选择适宜的管理方法。Objective To understand the status of residency Party construction, and explore the reasons for existing problems, and provide feasible suggestion for improvement. Methods Qualitative and quantitative methods were used. A questionnaire survey was conducted on residency in a top-grade hospital, to understand existing problems of their Party construction. The supervisor of the department of public health and the superiors of party office and education department from 12 hospitals were interviewed. Results 140 residents were surveyed and 39.29% were the Communist Party member, whose organizational relationship were affiliated their employer. The frequency of their participating in organizational life during training was low. 57.27 percent of residents were willing to participate in organizing or become a Communist Party members in training hospitals, who showed high enthusiasm to participate in the party branch activities. 52.73 percent of residents want to form a resident party branch. 11 hospitals did not accept organization relationship of residents who had a employer, as it was too difficult to manage for party office. Only I hospital accepted resident organizational relationship in the graduate student party branch. Conclusion The residents had a strong demand for stable organization lives, and the party construction work could be closely combined with the training management, but it needed the hospital party office to adopt appropriate management methods.
