摘 要:目的研究并评估CBS/PBL/RISE教学模式在临床药学专业实习中的应用。方法选择临床药学专业实习生及培训学员,随机分为两组,一组为对照组,采用LBL教学方法,另一组为实验组,采用CBS/PBL/RISE教学方法,进行自身前后对照实验,采用阶段性理论考试、病例分析汇报、学生及教师问卷调查等,并进行统计学分析。结果实验组理论考试成绩、病例分析答辩情况优于对照组,问卷调查显示学生及教师均对CBS/PBL/RISE评价更高。结论 CBS/PBL/RISE教学法可激发学生学习兴趣,提高学习主动性与参与性,有助于知识的掌握与应用,适用于临床药学专业实习中的教学。Objective To assess the CBS/PBL/RISE teaching method application in clinical pharmacy practice. Methods Clinical pharmacy trainees and cadets were divided into two groups, LBL group and the experimental group of CBS/PBL/RISE teaching method. According to the periodic academic knowledge examination, case and analyses report and questionnaire replies of students and teachers, we compared the differences between the two methods. Results The effects of CBS/PBL/RISE group are better than the conventional method and survey shows the students are more interested in CBS/PBL/RISE teaching method and the evaluation of teachers is also better than the traditional one. Conclusion The CBS/ PBL/RISE method stimulates students' interest in learning and improves the learning initiative and participation with a better understanding of knowledge and application.
