摘  要:目的探讨重症医学临床教育教学中的思想政治理念培养中的应用效果。方法选择2017年2月—2017年8月在本院重症医学科ICU实习的2013级5年制临床医学生80例为研究对象。按简单随机数字表法分为以在高校医学临床教育教学全过程贯穿思想政治为导向的试验组和对照组各40例,2周实习结束后发放教学效果反馈表,并对此种带教方法的应用效果进行技能、学习时间、获取信息的途径与能力、满意度等评价。结果试验组的基础理论考核、病例分析考核和操作能力考核的分数高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的学习时间、获取信息的途径与能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的总赞同率(95.0%)高于对照组(77.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的患者满意度、医生满意度、同行满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症医学临床教育教学中进行全过程贯穿思想政治为导向的教学改革可以有效的提高学生的理论知识和实践技能,提高学生获得信息的能力。Objective To explore the application effect of Ideological and political theory training in clinical teaching of critical care medicine. Methods From February 2017 to August 2017, 80 medical students of grade 5 and 2013 were enrolled in the ICU practice of critical care medicine in our hospital. According to simple random number table method, the experimental group and the control group were divided into the whole process of medical clinical education throughout the whole process of Ideological and political education in university, 40 cases in each group, after 2 weeks of practice, the feedback of teaching effect was given, and the application effect of this teaching method, such as skills, learning time, access to information and ability, satisfaction and other evaluation. Results The scores of basic theory examination, case analysis and operation ability examination in experimental group were higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The learning time, access to information and ability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The total approval rate of the experimental group (95%) was higher than that of the control group (77.5%), and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The patients' satisfaction, doctors' satisfaction and peer satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The teaching reform of the whole process of Ideological and political education in critical medicine clinical teaching can effectively improve the students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and improve their ability to obtain information.
