摘　　要：目的地中海贫血初筛阳性个体孕前优生咨询服务状况调查。方法 2013年1~12月参加孕前检查中进行地中海贫血初筛2354例进行调查,按照是否进行地贫基因检测进行分组。结果初筛阳性率约6.12%。144例中,进行行地中海贫血基因检测83例,检测率为57.64%(83/144),确诊率为100%(83/83)。两组(基因检测和非基因检测)在户籍、学历、职业等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地中海贫血对妊娠结局产生影响,基因检测的人群的人口学特征以广东户籍、文化程度相对较高和职业相对稳定的人群为主,因此需要强化阳性个体孕前优生咨询服务宣传,提高孕前优生健康检查效果。Objective To investigate pre pregnancy eugenic counseling service among initial screening positive individual of thalassemia. Method 2354 cases of thalassemia were screened in the pre pregnancy examination in 1-12 months of 2013.Grouped according to whether the thalassemia gene detection. Results The positive rate of initial screening was about 6.12%.In the 144 cases,83 cases of thalassemia gene detection,the rate of detection was 57.64%（83/144）,and the rate of diagnosis was 100%（85/83）.The differences in the two groups（gene detection and non gene detection） were statistically significant in household registration,education and occupation（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Thalassemia affects the outcome of pregnancy,The demographic characteristics of the population with genetic testing were dominated by Guangdong census register,relatively high education level and relatively stable occupations.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of pre pregnancy eugenics counseling service for positive individuals and improve the effect of pre pregnancy eugenics health examination.
