眶上外侧入路与翼点入路手术治疗鞍区脑膜瘤的疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的观察眶上外侧入路与翼点入路手术治疗鞍区脑膜瘤的疗效及安全性。方法选取本院2015年4月~2017年4月收治的80例鞍区脑膜瘤患者80例,根据手术入路方式的不同分为观察组(眶上外侧入路)及对照组(翼点入路),各40例,术后3个月对比两组疗效、手术情况及并发症。结果两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术时间、切口长度及住院时间均较对照组短,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眶上外侧入路手术治疗鞍区脑膜瘤与翼点入路手术疗效相当,而眶上外侧入手术实施时间明显缩短,手术创伤性小,患者术后恢复快,且并发症发生少,安全性更为理想。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of lateral supraorbital approach and pterional approach in treatment of meningiomas in sellar region. Methods 80 patients with meningiomas in sellar region who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected. They were divided into the observation group （lateral supraorbital） and control group （pterional approach） according to the different surgical approach, 40 cases in each group. The curative effect, operation and complications of the two groups were compared 3 months after the operation. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups （P ：〉 0.05）. The operation time, incision length and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effects of Supraorbital lateral approach and Pterional approach in treatment of meningiomas in sellar region are familiar. The operation time of the supraorbital lateral approach is obviously shortened, the operation trauma is small, the patients recover quickly, and the complications occur less, and the safety is more ideal.
