摘　　要：供给侧改革和国企改革存在着密切的关系。当前国有企业所面临的发展困境主要有发展内生动力不足、对产品质量重视不够、缺乏国际竞争力的品牌优势以及整体管理水平不高。在供给侧视角下,我国要通过制度创新促进国有企业的效益提升,引入民营资本来扩大国有企业的发展空间以及加快制度、产业、质量三大因素改革等途径促进国企改革的进程。There is a close relationship between supply side reform and the state-owned enterprises reform. The current development predicament faced by state-owned enterprises mainly include development of endogenous underpowered, insufficient recognition of the quality of product, lack of international competition of brand advantage as well as the overall management level is not high. On the supply side perspective, our country needs to promote the efficiency of state-owned enterprises by system innovation, the introduction of private capital to expand the development space, so as to promote the process of the reform of state-owned enterprises.
